The action against SSICS has been settled and the Seabreeze is nearly vacant with two occupants remaining. The Foundation is working to find suitable accommodation for these two occupants and hope this can achieved in the very near future.

LMHF has begun decommissions of the building at 101 Bittancourt in preparation for the plans to convert the former hotel into 17 rental units for hospital staff.
