In 2025, the Lady Minto Hospital Foundation partnered with the Island Health Recruitment Team, investing $16,000 to help bring new healthcare professionals to our island community.
Thanks to you, 10 critical positions at Lady Minto Hospital have now been filled. Below are the stories of three nurses whose journeys to Salt Spring Island were made possible, in part, by this support.
